- Events outside reasonable control.
7. Online Consultation
Where an online consultation is available, it will be subject to:
- Identity verification.
- Patient consent.
- Doctor availability.
- Professional judgement.
- Technology availability.
- Applicable telemedicine requirements.
A doctor may require:

8. Emergency Use

Users must review this information before purchasing.
14. Course Enrolment
Course enrolment is confirmed only when:
- Payment is successfully received.
- Eligibility requirements are completed.
- RCIRC sends confirmation or activates access.
RCIRC may reject or cancel enrolment where:

- Payment fails or is reversed.
- Information is false.

15. Course Access
Access will be provided for the period stated on the course page, confirmation communication or learner dashboard.
Unless expressly stated, course access is not permanent.
“Lifetime access”, where offered, means access during the commercial and technical life of the course or platform and does not guarantee indefinite availability.
16. Live Classes and Recordings
Learners are responsible for joining live sessions at the scheduled time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Missed sessions will not automatically be repeated.
- Recordings may be provided at RCIRC’s discretion.

- Replace formal professional education.
- Replace supervised clinical training.
- Guarantee employment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an RCIRC certificate is a certificate of participation or completion.
It is not automatically:
- A university degree.
- A professional licence.
- Medical registration.
- Government recognition.
- Authority to practise medicine.
RCIRC may withhold, revoke or correct certificates obtained through fraud, impersonation, account sharing, plagiarism or false information.
22. Fees and Payments
Prices, applicable taxes and the total payable amount will be displayed before payment.
Payments may be accepted through authorised providers using:
- UPI.
- Debit or credit cards.
- Net banking.
- Digital wallets.
- Bank transfer.
- Other displayed methods.
Payment is subject to the terms and availability of the payment provider.
23. Payment Security
Users must never disclose:
- UPI PIN.
- Card PIN.
- CVV.
- Net-banking password.
- Banking OTP.
- Account password.
RCIRC will not ordinarily ask for these credentials.
24. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.
26. User Conduct

Serious security, confidentiality or fraud violations may result in immediate termination.
28. Treatment and Learning Outcomes
RCIRC does not guarantee:
- A specific treatment outcome.
- Recovery time.
- Cure.
- Examination success.
- Employment.
- Promotion.
- Income.
- Registration.
- Accreditation.
- Acceptance of a certificate by a third party.
29. Insurance and Empanelment
Website information concerning insurance, TPAs, government schemes or empanelment does not guarantee:
- Cashless approval.
- Reimbursement.
- Treatment authorisation.
- Eligibility.
- Coverage.
Patients should independently confirm coverage with the relevant organisation.
30. Third-Party Services
Third-party links, payment gateways, maps, video platforms and external resources are governed by their own terms.
RCIRC is not responsible for independently operated third-party services.
31. Website and Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may be unavailable due to:

- Internet failure.
- Payment-provider issues.
- Third-party service interruption.
- Events outside reasonable control.
Where a significant platform failure prevents paid course access, RCIRC may provide an access extension or another reasonable remedy.
